I met with Kristen for Emotion Code in November, I complained about a recent shoulder pain that would keep me up at night. Kristen & I went through the process and I was amazed by the info she told me. Days and weeks post the session, I can happily say I feel a burden lifted off my shoulder and the pain has disappeared.

For 28 years, chronic illness has affected every aspect of my life and for 26 of those years, I tried every physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health tool imaginable, aiming to overcome my obstacles and insecurities.
